Homemade wraps

Ingredients for 7 medium Tortillas

  • 220 spelt flour
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/3 tbsp salt
  • 1/4 tbsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • approx. 800 ml water

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together. Knead until it becomes an even dough.
  2. Divide the dough into small portions.
  3. Roll out the dough balls as thinly as possible (make sure you put flour onto the surface and the rolling pin).
  4. Put each rolled out tortilla into a medium heated pan (greased with coconut or olive oil). They need about 1 min each side in the pan.

Filling

Fill your tortillas/wraps with everything you want. I filled mine with hummus, shredded carrots, lemon balm, vegan greek cheese.
