Hello everybody! Here’s another lunch box inspiration for you.
- sweet potato
- fresh spinach
- fried paprika
- almond yogurt garlic and chives sauce*
- marinated and fried tofu**
*almond yogurt garlic and chives sauce
- almond yogurt
- garlic cloves
- lime juice
- salt and pepper
**marinated and fried tofu
- 3 tbsp spelt flour or gluten free flour
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- Mix all the ingredients and let it rest for at least 15 minutes.
- Fry the marinated tofu in coconut oil until golden brown.
